Shall an initiative ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2405, which adopted increased water rates, and putting water rates in effect prior to May 1, 2013 back into effect, be adopted?

City Council Candidates
Candidates interested in running for Davis public office must meet the following requirements established by the State of California Elections and Government Codes:
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Must be a registered voter and resident of City of Davis
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Nomination Period: February 10, 2014 through March 7, 2014
The City Clerk's Office will issue and accept nomination documents ONLY during this period of time and during regular business hours.
Please note: City Hall will be closed Friday, February 14th; Monday, February 17th; and Friday, February 28th, 2014.
If an incumbent does not file by March 7, 2014, the end of the nomination period will be extended (for non-incumbents only) to March 12, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. for that incumbent’s seat.

The City Clerk will walk potential candidates through the election process and provide materials at this meeting. Appointments last approximately 30 mins.
